Service description
Daycare Finder is a childcare search and matching service for families in Greater Vancouver, British Columbia. We help parents discover licensed daycare providers, submit childcare requests, and receive a curated shortlist of matches.
Not a childcare provider
Daycare Finder is an information and matching service — not a licensed childcare provider. We do not operate, manage, or guarantee the quality of any listed daycare. All licensing, safety, and operational decisions rest with the individual providers.
Accuracy of listings
We make reasonable efforts to keep provider information current, but availability, tuition, hours, and programme details change. Always confirm details directly with the provider before making childcare decisions.
Request submissions
When you submit a childcare request, you authorise Daycare Finder to contact licensed providers in your area on your behalf to enquire about availability. We will share only the information needed to make an appropriate introduction.
Acceptable use
You agree not to submit false information, scrape or copy our database for commercial purposes, or use automated tools to generate requests. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone misusing the platform.
Limitation of liability
Daycare Finder provides information in good faith but accepts no liability for decisions made based on that information, or for the conduct of any listed provider. Use of this service is at your own risk.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
